This pencil drawing is an ode to love, nature, and presence.
There are three species of butterfly, each one spiraling up from the ground toward you. Their wings contain a world of their own.
I did this during a phase when I used copious wordplay in my art. This one has sentiments like, “Clear skies in your eyes,” “Points of view are sharp. Use caution,” and “In awe of the One is us all.”
There’s also connected wording, where the last letter of a word becomes the first letter of the next word, like “lovendsuffering.”
